Swimming in the Sea of Life can be challenging to say the least. Sometimes things happen that leave us heartbroken, desperate, fearful, filled with anxiety and trauma. Sometimes, it’s really sad or as Psychotherapists and Doctors say is depressing. Maybe you are used to waking up wishing your reality was something other than what it is. After over 40 years of helping others, and doing quite a bit of swimming in rough waters myself, I can tell you it’s all an inside game. And, if you have a way of overcoming whatever is up for you the tides will change and you will find yourself swimming in peaceful waters again.
